About this Opportunity

Ampersand International is seeking a Pega Systems Administrator to join our team in Parramatta, NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Manage and monitor performance of Pega environments, including the Pega Diagnostic Centre (PDC).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using monitoring tools to optimise system uptime and performance.
  • Handle user and access management, overseeing roles, permissions, and security controls within the Pega platform.
  • Perform basic Pega rule-based coding for small updates and adjustments.
  • Investigate and resolve technical incidents and support application transitions.
  • Apply Pega hotfixes and liaise with Pega's technical support teams, providing necessary technical details.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong understanding of Pega environment management and diagnostic tools.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and system monitoring for optimal performance.

• Competence in user and access management for secure operations within Pega.

• Familiarity with Pega rule-based coding for implementing minor updates.

• Experience in incident management and technical support.
