Pega Systems Administration Expert for NSW Government

A large New South Wales Government organisation is seeking a skilled Pega Systems Administrator to provide technical expertise and leadership in managing Pega environments. This includes overseeing performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system uptime.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pega environment management and diagnostic tools, as well as experience in troubleshooting and system monitoring for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor Pega environments, including the Pega Diagnostic Centre (PDC).
- Troubleshoot technical issues using monitoring tools to optimise system uptime and performance.
- Handle user and access management, overseeing roles, permissions, and security controls within the Pega platform.
- Perform basic Pega rule-based coding for small updates and adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve technical incidents and support application transitions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for applying Pega hotfixes and liaising with Pega's technical support teams, providing necessary technical details.
