Job Overview:

You'll be responsible for crafting strategic partnership plans, building meaningful relationships, and driving growth through our platform.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute tailored success plans to drive adoption and revenue.
  • B build strong connections with practice managers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead onboarding and training programs to enhance partner competency.
  • Monitor partner health and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop successful pilot programs into compelling advocacy stories.
Requirements:
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree in a field such as Agri-business or Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance.
  • Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector is essential.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/cloud software, particularly supporting agri-finances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starting attitude are required.
  • A proven track record in client relationship management is necessary.
