About the Position
We are seeking investigators with expertise in workers' compensation and CTP investigations to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend various locations within Canberra and a proportion of work across ACT;
- Interview key parties, collect relevant evidence, and produce detailed reports in a timely manner;
- Maintain effective communication with the investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
- Draft factual reports.
Requirements
- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigator Licence;
- Have a valid driver's licence and vehicle;
- Experience conducting workers' compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Show strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines.
