Job Opportunity

The Fraud Investigations team seeks a seasoned Investigator to manage complex investigations into suspected non-genuine or fraudulent claims.

You will collaborate with the National Investigations Manager and Fraud Analysts to reduce fraud exposure across claims. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing suspected fraudulent general insurance (GI) and people risk claims
  • Managing high-volume investigation referrals compliant to industry standards and customer service protocols
  • Conducting investigations, including interviews into suspected non-genuine or fraudulent claims, focusing on best practice and evidence collection to derive claim outcomes
  • Instructing external investigative service providers for effective services
  • Providing strategic investigative advice to claims teams
  • Interpreting data and detecting instances of fraud in a timely manner

For this role, we seek an individual with:

  • Extensive claims management experience in general insurance
  • Law enforcement or Insurance Investigation experience highly regarded
  • Strong analytical focus and attention to detail
  • Effective time management and case load handling
  • Ability to strategize investigations and evidence collection to enable claim decisions
