About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Operations to join our Contract Logistics division in Oceania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing contract management and customer operations, driving business growth, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our Contract Logistics presence in the Oceania region.
  • Manage contract administration, customer relations, and operational performance to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and drive organic growth.
  • Prioritize a "Safety First" culture, focusing on occupational health, environmental sustainability, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing large teams and handling complex logistics operations.
  • Deep understanding of contract logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution, as well as transportation management.
  • Familiarity with the Contract Logistics sector in Oceania and knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to manage operational issues and logistical challenges.
