Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

CBRE is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our property campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist campaign managers in progressing campaigns to market quickly by following established processes.
  • Identify common pain points and opportunities, and implement solutions at scale.
  • Manage CBRE's media agency CAMPAIGNxpress and property marketing suppliers.
  • Oversee governance of property marketing policies, processes, and brand guidelines.
  • Work with Finance and Operations teams to integrate property marketing related processes and policies.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in operations management and a strong understanding of marketing, communication, design, or creative industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding project management, planning, and organisational skills, with exemplary attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and numeric skills with solid financial understanding.
  • Possession of maturity, confidence, and sensitivity, with a passion for creating new processes and increasing productivity.
