About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our Corporate Services operations teams in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategically supporting our Office Managing Partners to create a high-end employee and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive consistent strategic outcomes for corporate service operations in line with the Firm's Corporate Services Strategy
  • Manage the corporate hospitality strategy nationally, delivering projects and process improvements with national alignment
  • Manage a corporate office and deliver services of the highest standard across the areas of business services, corporate hospitality, premises & facilities management, and search & lodgement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve practices, policies, procedures and service offerings nationally to create efficiency and operational excellence
  • Lead, coach and develop team leaders, building a high-performance culture where team members are engaged and inspired to work to their full potential
  • Build enduring and trusted relationships, partnering with senior leaders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of leadership and operational management experience working at a senior level within a large corporate environment
  • Project management skills including documentation and cross-collaboration with other Business Operations functions
  • Change management, negotiation and strong communication skills
  • Corporate hospitality knowledge and experience
  • Management of workplace operations including agile working environments and experience utilising space management software
  • Premises/facilities management and Business services delivery including search & lodgement, printing, mail and records management is desirable
