Account Recovery Specialist Role

We are recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join our centralized credit team as an Account Recovery Officer located in Parramatta, NSW.

This role is instrumental in performing the day-to-day tasks of account management and recovery within the centralized credit function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling high volumes of collection calls to assigned customers
  • Negotiating the collection of outstanding balances which have fallen into arrears
  • Proactively identifying and escalating risks to the Collections Manager
  • Monitoring and reporting in real-time of payment deterioration
  • Ensuring customer credit claims are recorded and managed through to conclusion
  • Managing customer orders within assigned credit limits
  • Generating, reviewing, and distributing various reports
  • Flexible in approach with workdays and working hours
  • Collaborative with Sales Function to resolve matters that may delay payment
  • Utilising a diary system to ensure strict follow-up with internal and external customers
