About this role

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Professional to join our Safety and Wellbeing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice recovery services, achieving optimal outcomes for injured/ ill employees, and managing a mixed case load of worker compensation claims and non-work-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver recovery services in accordance with NSW legislation, policies, and guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve objectives and work outcomes.
  • Provide peer support and advice to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Be a flexible and agile member of the Safety and Wellbeing team, providing reliable, timely, and quality services.
