  • Managing a portfolio of complex claims with full decision-making authority
  • Conducting regular face-to-face meetings with injured team members to monitor recovery progress and deliver personalized support
  • Leading case conferencing and return to work planning to drive effective recovery outcomes
  • Collaborating with Operations, Rehabilitation, and external stakeholders to strengthen the My Health & Recovery Operational Model
