Debt Recovery Specialist
\rWe are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role is responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential clients, managing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
\Main Responsibilities:
\\[list]\Conduct high volume collection calls to ensure timely payments and improve accounts receivable aging\Raise customer disputes in a ticketing system\Identify and escalate accounts where needed\Monitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to meet collections targets\Support the banking team by investigating and resolving unallocated cash and parked payments daily, including remittance requests for allocation\Communicate with internal stakeholders on any corrective action required impacting collections and account management\Ability to meet key performance indicators (KPI) targets\Customer account reconciliations\[/list]\Requirements:
\\[list]\At least 3 years' experience in a similar role\Experience with high volume debt recovery\Enthusiastic and motivated team player focused on growth and driving a constructive culture\Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment\Prior experience in using SAP (preferred) and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills\Excellent time management skills\[/list]-
