Job Opportunity

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the effective implementation of our HR strategy at Rolleston Open Cut.

As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will have the chance to work across a broad range of HR and IR/ER functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business and a generalist in HR matters.
  • Involve yourself in various HR strategies and initiatives, ranging from coaching and supporting frontline leaders, IR/ER management, facilitating and conducting investigations.
  • Contribute to events that promote and support our employees and local communities.
