Job Title: Hr Partner

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a flexible hybrid role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact at BaptistCare. As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders across our Northern NSW Residential and Retirement Living portfolio, providing expert HR support and driving workforce strategies that make a difference.

  • Lead complex case management and employee relations matters
  • Support leaders with change, workforce planning, and capability building
  • Drive initiatives that embed best practice HR and strengthen culture

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong track record of influencing and partnering with leaders to deliver workforce outcomes. You will also possess strengths in case management, change initiatives, and coaching leaders. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region are required.
