**About Us**:
Empathy Community Services is a small, values-driven NDIS provider supporting people with disabilities to live more independently and confidently. We're currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team 2 days per week, with potential to grow.

**About the Role**:
You’ll support our growing organisation with:

- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee relations & compliance
- HR administration and process improvements
- Fostering a strong, supportive workplace culture

**What we’re looking for**:

- HR experience in community services or the disability sector
- Knowledge of Fair Work and HR compliance
- Confident with HR systems (experience with MYP highly desirable)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with leadership
