Human Resources Manager Job Description

This is a key role in our organisation that offers variety and challenging work across a broad range of HR and IR/ER functions.

The Human Resources Manager will contribute to the effective implementation of our HR strategy and provide support to our Operations Manager/SSE. They will be a true advisor to the business and a trusted HR generalist, involved in coaching and supporting frontline leaders, IR/ER management, facilitating and conducting investigations, as well as contributing to events such as Family Days that promote and support not only our employees but also our local communities.

  • Facilitating and conducting investigations
