A highly skilled customer success professional is required to drive customer satisfaction and retention in our organization.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding new customers through an effective onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of our platform. They will also act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure they have a smooth transition and understand how to utilize our platform effectively.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Proactively engage with customers to provide insights, best practices, and guidance to optimize their use of our platform.
- Product Advocacy & Feedback: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and development teams to enhance the platform and user experience.
- Account Health Monitoring: Utilize data analytics to track customer usage and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to improve retention and prevent churn.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities and provide customer success insights for marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or support role preferably within SaaS or accounting technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools such as HubSpot and Intercom.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for technology and AI-driven solutions.
