We are seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing tailored solutions to meet customer needs;
- Leading project teams to deliver high-quality results within specified timelines;
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and best practices;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers, colleagues, and vendors alike. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required. What we are looking for is someone who can bring a unique perspective and approach to this role, leveraging their expertise to drive success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting;
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, as well as external partners and vendors;
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders;
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a project management or service delivery capacity;
- A strong background in relationship building and account management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to suit different audiences;
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
You will also need to possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
