Senior Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of customer relationship managers. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for driving performance through coaching and feedback, using data and context to drive a high-performance culture, and resolving disputes and escalations to ensure exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a senior customer success manager, you will lead 12-15 customer relationship managers across Australia, driving performance through coaching and feedback, using data and context to drive a high-performance culture, and resolving disputes and escalations to ensure cardmember satisfaction.

  • Experience in the travel industry
  • Data driven performance management experience
  • Effective leadership through change
  • A strong focus on efficiency as a foundation for success
  • Proven experience in a high-performance leadership role
