As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers and advisers through inbound calls, assisting with queries ranging from general Life Insurance policy information to processing requests and maintaining details for existing Life Insurance policies.

This is a great entry-level role into Zurich, where you'll be provided with excellent training and the support of a wonderful team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strong Customer Service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great initiative and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Solid computer literacy skills
