Customer Service Representative Opportunity

TempNet is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers to ensure they can use our products and services effectively.
  • Input, update, and maintain customer data in HubSpot. Generate reports to track customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services and communicate them to the Customer Success Manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A customer-centric mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of products and services.
  • Experience with medical or telehealth technology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in the use of HubSpot or similar CRM for managing customer data and generating reports.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team, sharing information and supporting colleagues to achieve team goals.
