About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Australia And New Zealand Banking Group Limited team as a Commercial Home and Investment Lending Manager. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on their home loan and investment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our commercial clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on home loan and investment products to ensure our clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Work closely with our commercial bankers to identify opportunities to grow our clients' portfolios and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase home loan penetration within our clients' portfolios.
  • Partner with other teams within the bank to provide a holistic approach to our clients' financial needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a commercial banking or lending role.
  • Strong knowledge of home loan and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
