Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and guide customers through the home lending process, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure they make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
