About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home Lending Specialist to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our Mortgage Choice team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their home ownership aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers throughout the home loan life cycle.
  • Reach expected settlement targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue additional product sales opportunities with clients, including asset finance, personal finance, and commercial lending.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks, including documentation and lender application forms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain accurate knowledge of lenders' products, policies, and service levels.
  • Develop strong relationships with business referral partners, including real estate agents, lenders, and insurance partners.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in home lending or mortgage broking, with a strong track record of sales results and business development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to work in a sales-based environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or equivalent qualification.
  • Current accreditation with the MFAA or FBAA.
