We're seeking a strategic partner to drive change and growth within our organization. As our People & Culture Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, equipping them with the skills and confidence to navigate complex challenges.
This role demands individuals who are bold, decisive, and equipped to say the hard things. You will work closely with managers to drive clarity, accountability, and confidence at every level.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach leaders to maximize their impact: Equip leaders with the tools and expertise to hold performance conversations, navigate conflict, and grow their teams.
- Challenge and enable leaders: Push leaders to step up, with candour, confidence, and clear frameworks.
- Build leadership muscle: Run workshops, clinics, and 1:1 coaching that stick long after the session ends.
- Drive performance: Help leaders set goals, run reviews, and act fast on underperformance.
- Shape culture: Embed rituals, values, and engagement practices that actually land.
- Navigate ER with backbone: Guide managers through issues with steadiness and speed, always aligned to Fair Work.
- Partner in growth: Work side by side with leaders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ensuring people and performance stay front and centre.
