Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our integrated scheduling team as an Advisor. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service information system and working with service delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor the HASTUS service information system for compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop Service delivery partners' use and knowledge of HASTUS modules.
  • Create documented policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure HASTUS data integrity for Translink bus, rail, tram, and ferry services and stops.
  • Test and cost various network scenarios, including strategic uses for HASTUS across Translink business.
  • Identify network scheduling improvement opportunities for operational savings and efficiency gains.
  • Work in a team environment, contribute to the integrated scheduling team's work-plan, and achieve personal performance plans while observing ethical conduct.
  • Perform management functions, including business planning, financial management, governance, and other responsibilities as legislated by the Public Service Act 2008 for effective service delivery.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:
