Job Title: Production Scheduling Specialist

The key objective of this role is to play a pivotal part in planning and scheduling production to meet target demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed production schedules to hit weekly targets, aligning with sales and operations plans and plant capacity.
  • Lead monthly supply reviews to ensure production plans are achievable.
  • Oversee the creation of purchase orders for raw materials and packaging, ensuring timely communication with suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth product flows.
  • Verify the accuracy of product master data and production processes.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods according to business guidelines.
  • Ensure effective stock-take and cycle counting activities.
  • Maintain a safe and sustainable work environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in manufacturing or a related field is essential.
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvements in planning.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with good MS Office skills.
