Scheduling and Administration Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled scheduling specialist to oversee the coordination of planned preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
This role involves administration and coordination of systems and internal processes, ensuring all scheduled activities can be completed successfully by priority, asset criticality, and plan.
- Effective coordination of schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Accurate and timely management of inventory procurement and purchase orders
- Efficient close-out of scheduled works orders in Maximo
- Management of Maximo backlog aging reports
- Collaboration with management to accurately manage rosters and scheduled works plans
This position is ideal for an individual with previous experience in scheduling and maintenance environments. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrated competency in accurate and timely reporting.
- Previous experience in scheduling and maintenance environments
- Certification in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Demonstrated competency in Accurate and Timely Reporting
- Understanding of Hotel and Hospitality operating environments
