Project Planning and Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in planning and scheduling environments, with a proven understanding of methodologies and tools. They will be responsible for overseeing plans and schedules, ensuring accuracy and quality, and managing project reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and other clients.
  • Providing commercial and financial awareness, as well as working knowledge of Project Planning systems.
  • Assisting the project team in updating forecasts and developing Construction Readiness, Constriction delivery schedules.
  • Ensuring schedule quality checks and data generation, reviewing and reporting on contractor's schedules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Rail and Brownfield projects.
  • Proven understanding of planning and scheduling methodologies and tools within projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Project Planning systems, preferably P6.
