Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of high-risk arrears accounts, referred from our Late Arrears team, ensuring timely and appropriate action to resolve outstanding debts.
- Determine suitable recovery strategies, including debt write-offs, escalations, or referrals to external agencies.
- Engage directly with customers using advanced collections techniques to secure immediate payments or establish sustainable payment plans.
This role requires strong commercial judgement, customer empathy, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder management to minimize losses and achieve optimal business outcomes. We are seeking an individual who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
