Job Title: Workplace Recovery Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with clients and their employers to provide expert guidance on return-to-work strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough assessments of individuals who have suffered injuries or illnesses, identifying areas where support is needed to facilitate a smooth transition back into the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth assessments of clients' needs and abilities
- Developing tailored return-to-work plans that take into account each client's unique circumstances
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective solutions
- Providing ongoing support and coaching to clients as they navigate their recovery journey
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiotherapy
- Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
- Full working rights and a valid Australian driving license
