Insolvency Accounting Career Opportunities

This is a unique chance to work with a small team of insolvency experts, learning how to help businesses recover from financial difficulties and support those undergoing insolvency or restructuring.

  1. Daily maintenance of insolvency files and preparing insolvency-related documentation for briefings
  2. Preparation of correspondence to stakeholders, including preparation of reports to creditors
  3. Assisting with detailed insolvency investigations and ensuring project plans are up to date
  4. Working with senior specialists to renegotiate existing finances for clients
  5. Ensuring creditor and supplier benefits are looked after during liquidation
  6. Assisting the accounting and audit teams with client budgeting and forecasting activities for new owners
Skills Development in Insolvency

You will be trained in all areas of insolvency, including personal and corporate. This includes voluntary administrations, deeds of company agreement, liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcies, and Part Xs

  1. End-to-end project planning for take-overs and insolvencies for mid-tier corporates
  2. Conducting thorough reporting and analysis for insolvencies
  3. Developing skills in insolvency procedures, business recovery, and financial management
