Human Resources Specialist

The Role
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team based on the East Coast.
This role will be based in Queensland or New South Wales, reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager within an integrated trans-Tasman business unit.
Key Responsibilities- To manage all related HR activities, including end-to-end support for operational business units in a shutdown/project environment.
- To provide exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate HR objectives into day-to-day operational deliverables.
- To offer general HR and IR advice, support, and guidance, utilising working knowledge of relevant legislation.
- To build strong line-of-business relationships to collaborate, influence, and foster teamwork.
