Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Manage administrative tasks and data entry related to guest relations, including preparing resources for group arrivals and VIP member arrivals.

  • Guest Services: Assist with checking in and checking out guests, handle guest requests, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work a rotating roster.
  • Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license is desirable, and previous experience with data entry, managing bookings, and forward planning for group arrivals is an asset.
