Global Strategy Leader

As a senior figure within our global strategy advisory firm, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based solutions to c-suite and board-level decision-makers. Your focus will be on enabling them to make bold marketing, brand, and customer strategy actions.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of commercial consulting experience and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing stakeholder relationships. They will also possess high emotional intelligence, a passion for mentoring, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building trusted commercial stakeholder relationships at the executive level
- Understanding complex brand, organisation, and people problems
- Leading clients to think differently and challenge assumptions
- Influencing decision-makers
- Synthesising qualitative, quantitative, and advanced analytics into tangible recommendations
