We are seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to drive our global marketing strategy and champion creativity for small businesses.

Job Description

This is a 12-month contract position where you will lead a unified team across brand, communications, product enablement, and demand generation. You will shape our narrative, engage customers and creators in our marketplace, and deliver marketing strategies that achieve impact and commercial goals.

You will set and lead the global marketing strategy across brand, content, communications, and performance to meet annual business objectives. This includes developing and completing coordinated campaigns that strengthen brand equity and create engaging storytelling across all marketing touchpoints.

You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to connect customer and creator value. Additionally, you will own marketing budget management and partner with senior management to develop comprehensive communications strategies.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership across brand, communications, and acquisition in a digital-first environment.
  • Proven track record delivering results through strategic marketing programs tied to commercial objectives.
  • Exposure to or experience in Product Marketing.
  • Strong communicator and storyteller with a keen understanding of customer needs.
