Global Director - MEL Strategy Leader

This leader oversees the design and delivery of the global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) function to ensure projects and programs contribute to charitable goals.
">This includes investments in Cancer, Mental Health, Indigenous Health, and Gender Responsive Healthcare. The MEL Strategy Leader will lead the refresh of Movember's MEL strategy, introducing a clear framework for applying different evaluation approaches and developing organisational learning strategies to inform strategic priorities.
">The ideal candidate will have deep evaluation expertise and strong leadership skills, including managing high-performing teams and building organisational capability. They will also be able to connect research outputs to decision-making and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills.
">- Develop and implement a comprehensive MEL strategy, ensuring effective communication and use of evaluation findings to inform action.
- Lead the development of a learning strategy to embed organisational learning, support evidence-based decision-making, and inform strategic priorities.
- Oversee the design and delivery of the global MEL operating model, building capacity across the organisation.
- Manage and mentor evaluation specialists across core markets, engaging stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Lead the implementation science agenda, connecting research outputs to decision-making and informing strategic priorities.
The Global Director - MEL Strategy Leader will work closely with the executive team to drive organisational change and improve outcomes. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive MEL strategy, leading the development of a learning strategy, and overseeing the design and delivery of the global MEL operating model.
