Global Content Strategy Lead

We are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead the development and execution of our global content strategy. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary communications teams.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of strategic communications, financial communications, employee communications, media, digital communications, and corporate affairs. They will have a proven track record of developing world-class content strategies and managing complex issues and crises.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global content strategy that aligns with our business objectives;
  • Lead a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality content across various channels;
  • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content with our overall business strategy;
  • Manage crisis communications and develop plans to mitigate potential risks;

A tertiary qualification in Communications, Business, or a related field is essential, along with significant experience in Communications, Corporate/External Affairs, or a related field in a multinational matrixed organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
