We're seeking a talented professional to lead our marketing efforts in the APAC region. As a Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our B2B marketing strategy across diverse markets. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with business goals, enabling sales success, and ensuring our brand shows up meaningfully in every market we serve.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Developing regional B2B marketing strategies and quarterly/annual plans.
- Aligning marketing priorities with commercial goals and stakeholder needs.
- Partnering with global teams to coordinate resources and ensure local relevance.
- Acting as a strategic connector between regional business leaders and global marketing.
- Gathering and applying market insights to inform strategy and content
- Staying ahead of media trends, consumer behavior, and compliance requirements.
- Shaping sales materials and positioning strategies with regional context.
- Supporting high-impact opportunities like RFPs and client retention efforts.
- Driving industry engagement through conferences and trade forums.
- Overseeing execution of regional marketing plans and localization efforts.
- Enabling country marketers with the tools and support they need.
- Liaising between Growth Marketing and local teams to ensure campaign readiness.
- Coordinating inputs across functions to deliver strategic, compliant campaigns.
- Supporting rollout planning and content adaptation for client engagement.
