This role is crucial in fostering customer retention and expanding our market share by maintaining our operational commitments, thereby solidifying our position as the logistics provider of choice in the Healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
  • Conducting research and analysis on current and potential clients, and developing marketing materials to support organic growth.
  • Proactively managing client relationships, facilitating Business Operating Reviews (BORs), and ensuring accurate contractual reporting.
  • Providing operational and financial insights to various stakeholders, supporting tenders, pricing, and presentations that position Linfox as the preferred Healthcare supply chain solution.
  • Reviewing and establishing contracts and agreements for both new and existing clients.
  • Managing the integration of new clients and ensuring a smooth transition for successful implementation.

Are You the Right Fit?

As a dedicated professional in the Healthcare supply chain, you will leverage your drive, resilience, and commercial insight to exceed client expectations through a partnership approach to solution selling. You should possess:

  • Experience in business development or account management within a complex Pharmaceutical or Medical Device supply chain environment, with a proactive approach to relationship management.
  • A track record of delivering client-focused solutions in a dynamic, multi-client environment.
  • Understanding of revenue models, rate cards, profit/loss statements, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics.
  • Proven ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and agreements.
  • Self-motivation, analytical skills, and a methodical approach to achieving results.
