Key to success in this role is providing exceptional support to employees as an Injury Management and Wellbeing Advisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage workers compensation and injury management according to legislation and organisational policy.
  • Engage with injured employees, managers, healthcare professionals, rehabilitation providers, and relevant authorities to ensure effective claims administration.
  • Develop return-to-work plans and injury management strategies for injured or ill employees.
  • Compile reports on injury and illness statistics to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate health and wellbeing initiatives such as flu vaccination programs and skin checks.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing Workers Compensation & Injury Management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven record of integrity and discretion in maintaining confidentiality.
