The Commercial Partnerships Manager role is a key position within an organisation that plays a pivotal part in driving member value, generating revenue and strengthening commercial partner relationships.

This individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with all member benefit partners, providing a high level of service and regular reporting on engagement and feedback.

The successful candidate will negotiate partnership agreements and ensure contract compliance, service quality and mutually beneficial outcomes.

They will also be responsible for ensuring member needs are at the centre of all partnership decisions, assessing suitability, alignment and value of each partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with all member benefit partners to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Negotiation and Contract Compliance: Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure contract compliance, service quality and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Partnership Decision Making: Ensure member needs are at the centre of all partnership decisions, assessing suitability, alignment and value of each partnership.
  • Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a clear sales strategy informed by recent commercial review insights.
  • Advertising and Sponsorship: Proactively identify, pursue and convert cold and warm leads for advertising opportunities across multiple channels, creating compelling proposals to attract event partners.
  • Sales Performance: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving revenue targets and tracking sales performance metrics for partnerships, advertising and sponsorship placements.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop direct reports to achieve team and organisational goals.
