We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and managing commercial partnerships that drive value for Everyday Rewards and its partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive significant sales growth and diversify Everyday Rewards revenue.
  • Manage partnership budgets, track ROI, and optimize profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders and serve as the primary contact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Woolworths to support partnership initiatives and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of commercial and strategic business experience, including 5+ years managing complex partnerships between large corporations.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong executive-level relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Data-driven, customer-focused, and outcome-oriented approach, with experience creating partnership strategies and securing buy-in.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, complemented by robust commercial and financial acumen.
