Strategic Partnership Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to support the growth of our business through effective collaboration with key corporate communication and graphic design partners. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing ongoing relationships with these partners, leveraging expertise in design reporting best practices and the Workiva platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a passion for delivering results through ecosystem collaboration, and a desire to foster strategic partnerships that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Identification and Evaluation: Identify potential corporate communication and graphic design partners, evaluate their capabilities and fit with our business goals, and develop strategies for successful partnership development.
  • Onboarding and Relationship Management: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new partners, ensuring seamless integration with our team and processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, addressing any issues or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strategic Planning and Partner Scorecard: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute strategic plans for partner engagement, monitoring deployment health and satisfaction, and collecting feedback to optimize performance and achieve shared KPIs and long-term goals.
  • Ecosystem Growth and Enablement: Foster strong collaboration with partner organizations, ensure cross-team understanding of partner capabilities and deployment strategies, align on a shared ecosystem growth vision to maximize Workiva adoption and value, and communicate upcoming partner program initiatives.
  • Business Alignment and Support: Align GTM strategies with partners (campaigns, co-branded content, joint events, and enablement) in partnership with internal marketing and sales teams; track, measure, and adjust the impact of these activities to drive seamless execution and lead generation.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and ongoing enablement to identified Corporate Communications Partners to ensure their design and production teams can successfully prepare highly designed reports on the Workiva Platform.
  • Customer Success: Uphold high standards by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Internal Collaboration: Support internal Customer Success, Sales, and other internal practices in understanding Corporate Communication Partners within their duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Practical understanding of InDesign, practice, and ecosystems.
  • Professional Experience: 8+ years of related client-facing career experience in design reporting, partner management, client services, corporate communications, or similar.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
Work Requirements:
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel across APAC for regular customer meetings and events.
  • Remote Work: Reliable internet access required for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office.
