Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a GTM Manager. As the key player in the development and execution of integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, you will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and embedding Bupa's value propositions.

You will work closely with the Senior Strategic Comms & GTM Manager to translate strategy into actionable plans that drive growth, retention, and customer engagement. Your role will also focus on strategic 1:1 communications activities that support Bupa's broader objectives and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end GTM plans that align with Bupa's growth, retention, and engagement objectives.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM plans are well-integrated across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support the optimization of GTM strategies using data, insights, and customer feedback to refine messaging and execution.
  • Support the integration of Bupa's Health Insurance (HI) Customer Value Proposition (CVP) into GTM plans ensuring alignment across product and service offerings.
  • Assist in the development of GTM playbooks, frameworks, and templates to ensure a structured and repeatable approach to launches and optimizations.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, Frontline, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM activities are aligned and effectively executed.
  • Use customer insights, behavioral science, and analytics to inform GTM plans and drive engagement.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record (5+ years) in GTM execution, marketing, product launch management, or a similar role within healthcare, insurance, or a customer-centric industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives manage stakeholders and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric mindset with experience in developing messaging and frontline enablement materials that drive engagement and conversion.
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret insights and performance metrics to optimize GTM plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution.
  • A passion for continuous learning with a proactive approach to embedding GTM best practices across the organization.
