Business Unit Overview
Our Business & Wholesale unit supports the delivery of business opportunities and customer engagement. The unit supports our Sales and Customer Connections teams, facilitates opportunities and quotes, and manages sales processes across the product portfolio before handing to Delivery for provisioning and deployment.
Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly qualified GTM Manager to join our Business & Wholesale team. From day one, this individual will lead marketing programs and support initiatives aligned with company objectives across the Corporate (Medium to Large), Wholesale, and Smart Communities segments. The ideal candidate will have B2B experience across marketing functions (digital, content, lead generation), plus experience in product development/management, commercial pricing and value proposition creation. The role will drive the Channel Program and own quarterly promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GTM programs and initiatives to coordinate sales, marketing, partner, product, training and enablement, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Connectivity, SD-WAN and SASE, Voice and Mobile.
- Develop field enablement and sales strategy for indirect and direct channels; communicate objectives, timelines and deliverables to the sales team and provide guidance for use or promotion.
- Own reporting and planning cadences to B&W Leadership on GTM plan execution within your domain.
- Build and manage the marketing demand, customer lifecycle and retention activity plan; set and achieve B&W goals with your team.
- Create compelling value propositions addressing customer needs to accelerate adoption through sales engagements and GTM strategy.
- Lead demand generation plans for medium and large corporate segments via events, performance marketing and digital channels; drive event strategy with Marketing support.
- Test and refine demand generation plans and report on event outcomes against metrics; adjust future events as needed.
- Ensure GTM efforts achieve immediate and long-term business goals; identify and implement improvements in processes, packaging and positioning for lead generation.
- Support internal tools and processes, including lead processing, reporting and tracking.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop segment-appropriate content (blogs, case studies) aligned with our brand.
- Conduct market research to analyse trends, purchasing behaviour and competition; develop segmentation strategies across customer cohorts.
- Support the Head of B&W GTM in evaluating and establishing the GTM plan and strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
Qualifications And Experience
- 10+ years of relevant GTM, Product Marketing, Sales, or aligned consulting experience
- Strong skills in offer development, customer value creation and solution messaging
- Knowledge and prior experience in telecommunications, energy or IT industries
- Experience in B2B across Sales, Product Development, Channel Management & Enablement or Content Marketing
- Awareness of internet, voice and services for SMB to Enterprise
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and digital lead generation
- Understanding of the Business and/or Wholesale segment
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with budgets and forecasting
- Experience in Telco, Cyber Security or complex Enterprise B2B solutions is favourable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Engineering and/or MBA
