
Senior Strategic GTM Manager

We are seeking a skilled GTM Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate sales adoption and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, product development, and channel management, with experience in telecommunications, energy, or IT industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute GTM programs and initiatives to coordinate sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and enablement teams.
- Lead field enablement and sales strategy for indirect and direct channels, communicating objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team.
- Own reporting and planning cadences to leadership on GTM plan execution within your domain.
- Build and manage marketing demand, customer lifecycle, and retention activity plans, setting and achieving business goals with your team.
- Create compelling value propositions addressing customer needs to accelerate adoption through sales engagements and GTM strategy.
- Lead demand generation plans for medium and large corporate segments via events, performance marketing, and digital channels, driving event strategy with marketing support.
- Test and refine demand generation plans and report on event outcomes against metrics, adjusting future events as needed.
- Ensure GTM efforts achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and implementing improvements in processes, packaging, and positioning for lead generation.
- Support internal tools and processes, including lead processing, reporting, and tracking.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop segment-appropriate content aligned with our brand.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, purchasing behavior, and competition, developing segmentation strategies across customer cohorts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant GTM, product marketing, sales, or aligned consulting experience.
- Strong skills in offer development, customer value creation, and solution messaging.
- Knowledge and prior experience in telecommunications, energy, or IT industries.
- Experience in B2B across sales, product development, channel management, and enablement or content marketing.
- Awareness of internet, voice, and services for SMB to Enterprise.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and digital lead generation.
- Understanding of the Business and/or Wholesale segment.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with budgets and forecasting.
- Experience in Telco, Cyber Security, or complex Enterprise B2B solutions is favorable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Engineering and/or MBA.
