GTM Systems Engineer

This role will sit at the intersection of Firmable's go-to-market and product/tech teams. You'll be responsible for designing and optimising Firmable's internal systems architecture, ensuring seamless data and workflow connections across sales, marketing, customer success, and product. You'll also work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager and collaborate with technical teams to ensure our GTM engine runs at scale, with accurate, integrated data flows that power decision-making and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Map and design Firmable's
  internal systems architecture
  , ensuring scalable and efficient data and workflow integrations across GTM and product/tech
• Focus on the connections and data flows between
  GTM platforms
  (e.g. HubSpot CRM, Smartlead, and related sales/marketing/customer systems), ensuring they work seamlessly together
• Build and maintain
  custom connections and automations
  between tools where off-the-shelf integrations do not exist
• Collaborate with the tech team to manage
  webhooks and data flows from the Firmable app
  (e.g. user and usage data) into HubSpot and related systems, enabling automated customer notifications, segmentation, and lifecycle workflows
• Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager on
  system design, reporting frameworks, and data governance
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure system setups support
  high-velocity inbound and outbound motions
• Serve as a
  bridge between GTM and product/tech teams
  , translating commercial requirements into scalable system solutions
• Ensure
  data quality and integrity
  across systems to support accurate reporting, attribution, and forecasting
• Oversee Firmable's
  website infrastructure
  in partnership with external developers – ensuring hosting, plugins, and integrations are maintained and aligned to GTM system requirements
• Advise on
  best-in-class GTM system setups for customers
  , occasionally providing guidance on integrations and architecture
• Stay across the evolving GTM technology landscape and
  recommend new tools or practices
  that improve efficiency and impact
• Support
  cross-functional projects
  requiring data or system integration, enabling smooth execution of strategic initiatives

To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes

• 3+ years of experience in a GTM systems, revenue operations, or technical solutions role within a B2B SaaS or tech company
• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation from a GTM perspective – exposure to Smartlead or similar outbound tools is a plus.
• Technical skills to build and maintain integrations, including API knowledge and experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Zapier), with the ability to code custom solutions when required.
• Experience architecting and maintaining GTM systems in an environment with both outbound sales and high-velocity inbound lead flows.
• Strong grasp of data management principles, including governance, hygiene, and flow design.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into system workflows and dashboards.
• Strong collaboration skills – comfortable working with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven and resourceful, with high attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-moving start-up environment.
