Requirements:
  • Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn and progress in a dynamic coffee industry setting.
  • Experience in strategic account management, sales, procurement, or transferable skills ready to apply to coffee business development.
  • Strong relationship builder with effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in the coffee industry is an advantage, but not essential – passion or curiosity counts.
  • Flexibility with on-site work, especially during onboarding, to align with the team.
