Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Growth: Foster strong relationships with existing roasters, identifying opportunities to expand their presence and increase revenue.
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new accounts, leveraging market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiation and Commercial Impact: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and margins while staying ahead of coffee market trends to maximize commercial impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and quality teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn and progress, with a passion for building strong relationships and driving results.
  • Experience in account management, sales, procurement, or transferable skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex deals.
  • Coffee industry experience is a plus, but not essential – a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn count towards this role.
  • Flexibility to work on-site during onboarding, with opportunities for remote work as needed.
